Lynda West started practicing Yoga in 2000 to ease the stress of being a stay-at-home Mom.  After watching her own children love to play yoga games and ask to learn new poses, she trained in Radiant Child Yoga Instructor Training Levels 1-2, became a Certified ChildLight Yoga Instructor, and continued on to train in ChildLight Yoga's Yoga 4 Classrooms program to become a Licensed Y4C Instructor.  As her children have grown, so has her experience teaching children's classes, which has includes toddlers to teens.  Lynda is the co-founder of Happy Planet Yoga, which strives to enrich the lives of children & their families.
