Sharon Trull, MS, CTRS, E-RYT, RCYT is a certified ChildLight Yoga™ Instructor and licensed Yoga4Classrooms™ Instructor. Sharon holds a 200 hr teacher certification through the Yoga of Energy Flow program. Sharon has extensive experience working with both children and adults with various abilities. She has been on the ChildLight Yoga home team, teaching around the NH/ME Seacoast, since 2006. She has served as the Y4C In-School Residency Instructor for several schools around the Seacoast area since 2008. Sharon resides in South Berwick, ME with her husband and two children.
