Over the past few years Lexie has found yoga to be beneficial to her health and mind. She is passionate about yoga and also working with children. She has a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counselor Education. Her primary career is as a guidance counselor for children in grades K-6. Lexie’s love for yoga inspired her to attend SchoolYoga Institute where she completed 200hr RYT certification in June 2011. She completed the ChildLight Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga4Classrooms Instructor Training with ChildLight Yoga in 2011. Lexie believes that people of all ages can benefit from yoga and wants to share the practice of yoga with as many individuals as she can.
