Sarah Ann Aborn, RYT, has been practicing yoga since 1992, and working with children since 1990. She was certified as a Yoga Instructor through EarthHeart Farm in Laconia, NH in 2008, and is also certified as a ChildLight Yoga Instructor and Yoga 4 Classrooms Instructor. Her background includes extensive training and work in the healing arts. Sarah's intention, through all facets of her living, is to empower and inspire healing and growth. Her presentation is warm and dynamic, with a strong focus on connection of mind, body and breath. Sarah resides in Peterborough, NH and is a grateful mother (teacher, and humble student) to Desmond Alexander, born in 2008.
