Become a Yoga 4 Classrooms Trainer
Yoga 4 Classrooms Trainers are qualified individuals (typically yoga teachers, school counselors, pediatric therapists, health and other educators), specially trained to share the Yoga 4 Classrooms program in the schools in their own communities.
Eligibility is not guaranteed. Completion of an 200 hr. adult yoga certification is preferred, though there are exceptions based on other relevant experience including, but not limited to, being or having been a classroom teacher, physical education teacher, OT, PT, school counselor or pediatric clinician with a solid understanding and practice of yoga and mindfulness.
There are two Trainer Intensive Track options. Please read the detailed description of both tracks to determine the best fit for you. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
1) Licensee Track: Yoga teachers or other qualified individuals who are not a member of a school staff, and are seeking a license to share the professional development workshop in their own communities, and bring Y4C to multiple schools. 3-day training intensive with prerequisites.
2) Schoolsite Track: School counselors, educators, therapists and other professionals who work in a particular school setting and wish to share the workshop and residency (works well as guidance curriculum) with their own school staff and students. 2.5 day training intensive.
